About the Department

The department of Computer Science and Engineering was started in the year 2001. Since then the department is giving its best for the students in their curricular and extra-curricular activities. The department offers both UG and PG programmes. Our department has sixteen experienced and dedicated teaching faculty. Among them four are Ph.D. holders.

Our department provides good lab facilities to the students for developing their programming skills. We also provide a conducive environment to the students so that they can apply their thoughts in both curricular and extra-curricular activities which will enable them to create a positive impact in their selected careers.


To equip students with conceptual knowledge and functioning skills required towards technology oriented world. To train students in learning, research and entrepreneurial development.

Department Library:

We are providing the students of our department with a department library with the following facility We provide our students more than 600 books, online journals and e-books


PEO 1: To make the students sound in fundamentals of computer science and engineering field.

PEO 2: To enable the students to create computer applications and express them with effective communication skills.

PEO 3: To make the students perform efficiently in any role that is offered to them in their professional career.
